Papers needed for Latvian custom:

If possible, a receipt of advice issued by the company/institution in Latvia that provides an information on the following: a person’s occupation/status in the company and the date when he/she started working for the company. |

A letter of attorney that authorises SIA “Beweship Latvia” to make customs clearance procedures and to transport/deliver the personal items. |

A letter of attorney should be addressed to the Customs central office.

In case it is issued by legal organisation the letter of attorney must have an official signature and stamp of the company

In case it is issued by the private person the letter of attorney must be signed and have a notarial certification |

Should the freight is to be delivered to the CD than it has to be declared in all the attendant documents. |
